If you haven't tried Young Living's plant-based dish soap- you're missing out! Now when I first tried it, I wasn't so sure about it. It takes a minute to get used to it because it doesn't bubble.
Most bubbles you find in liquid soaps come from sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) which is a very common surfactant and is very much synthetic.
SLS is a known ocular irritant, dermal irritant, can be absorbed by the skin and may also be associated with hair loss and aquatic toxicity. That's why Young Living chose to exclude it in their products. #betterchoices
So here's a little hack to make it naturally more sudsy and last longer.... and at a fraction of the price of common store bought soaps!
🌱 Pour 1/3 of the Thieves Dish Soap into a soap dispenser of your choice.
🌱 Add 1 tsp baking soda
🌱 Add 1 cap full Thieves Household Cleaner
🌱 Top off with water
🌱 Replace lid, gently tilt back and forth to combine
And there you have it! An easy hack that extends your ONE bottle of Thieves Dish Soap to THREE bottles and gives it a little more of those suds that you're most likely used to. 😉
