Did you know essential oils can be used for emotional support? Now you might be thinking, "I'm not a whackadoodle- I don't need help with my emotions!" 😂
But whackadoodle or not, we all need emotional support from time to time. Do you get stressed? Do you get frustrated? What about sad, nervous, anxious, or mad? Do you ever feel sluggish and get a mental block right around late afternoon?

Thoughts become emotions. Emotions become attitude. Our attitude is our reaction and all of our daily reactions become our lifestyle.
