One of the number one ways I suggest to boost your Immune System is by applying this blend of oils along your spine or the bottom of your feet 2-3 times a day. You can also diffuse it at home or in your office to purify the air.


Put a roller bottle in your bathroom and make it a part of your morning and night routine. Put one in your purse or work back so you always have it on hand. And most definitely carry one when you are traveling. #germs

Immunity Roller Recipe:

For adults

  • 10 drops Thieves

  • 10 drops Lemon or Purification

  • 10 drops Frankincense

  • *Optional: add 5 drops Oregano (I highly recommend this... just Google the benefits of Oregano oil. 😱 #powerhouse)

  • Top off with your choice of carrier oil

For Children 2+

  • 1 drop Thieves

  • 1 drop Lemon

  • 1 drop Purification or Frankincense

  • Top off with your choice of carrier oil

**For children under 2, I always suggest looking at resources like Gentle Baby by Debra Raybern.


Diffuser Recipe:

  • 3 drops Thieves

  • 2 drops Purification

  • 2 drops Frankincense
